5.結(jié)論
本文分析了雙正激變換器的兩種穩(wěn)定工作狀態(tài),得出了在不同數(shù)目MOSFET并聯(lián)下,高頻變壓器能正常復(fù)位時(shí)的高頻變壓器的激磁電感、電路工作占空比和開關(guān)頻率之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)主開關(guān)由多個(gè)MOSFET并聯(lián)時(shí),激磁電感值應(yīng)合理設(shè)計(jì)以變壓器的正常復(fù)位。
