建立了用聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測金屬腐蝕過程的方法，結(jié)合LF3鋁合金在不同濃度硝酸溶液中的腐蝕過程聲發(fā)射實驗數(shù)據(jù)，對聲發(fā)射信號特征參數(shù)進行了統(tǒng)計分析和相關(guān)分析，得出了LF3鋁合金腐蝕過程聲發(fā)射信號特征參數(shù)隨腐蝕介質(zhì)濃度變化的統(tǒng)計規(guī)律。

Abstract：A new method for corrosion inspection with acoustic emission technology is set up. Based on the acoustic emission experimental data of LF3 alloy with different concentrations of nitric acid, statistic analysis and correlation analysis are processed with the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal, and the statistical law between characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal in LF3 corrosion process and density of corrosive is drawn out.

2Al₃），另外還存在MnAl₆、Mg₂Si相。LF3合金的耐蝕性與β相的析出和分布有關(guān)。此外，LF3合金的雜質(zhì)中，鐵與鋁幾乎不生成固溶體而是形成金屬間化合物FeAl₃，Cu進入鋁中形成固溶體，這兩者均會降低LF3的耐腐蝕性。

2 腐蝕聲發(fā)射信號特征參數(shù)的分布分析

為比較不同特征參數(shù)之間的差異程度，對不同硝酸濃度水平下獲得腐蝕聲發(fā)射信號的特征參數(shù)進行相關(guān)分析，結(jié)果見表2。其中，參數(shù)A、R、D、CNTS、E分別為聲發(fā)射信號的幅度、上升時間、持續(xù)時間、振鈴計數(shù)和能量。由表2可見，對所有濃度水平，持續(xù)時間、振鈴計數(shù)、能量這三個參數(shù)的相關(guān)性均較強，幅度和振鈴計數(shù)也有一定的相關(guān)。對10.0%、19.8%這兩個濃度，幅度和振鈴計數(shù)、幅度和能量、持續(xù)時間和能量、振鈴計數(shù)和能量分別強相關(guān)；對5.0%的濃度，持續(xù)時間和能量、振鈴計數(shù)和能量分別強相關(guān)；對0.1%—3.0%的濃度，持續(xù)時間、振鈴計數(shù)、能量三個參數(shù)表現(xiàn)為相關(guān)，其他的特征參數(shù)沒有表現(xiàn)明顯
