基于LTC3675設(shè)計(jì)的七路大功率PMIC管理技術(shù)

本文介紹了LTC3675主要特性，方框圖，以及多種典型應(yīng)用電路。Linear 公司的LTC3675是七路可配置大功率PMIC，包括多個(gè)輸出的電源和兩串LED驅(qū)動(dòng)器。LTC3675集成了四個(gè)同步降壓DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器（1A/1A/500mA/500mA)，一個(gè)1A升壓轉(zhuǎn)換器和一個(gè)降壓-升壓轉(zhuǎn)換器，兩個(gè)I2C控的40V LED驅(qū)動(dòng)器以及常開的25mA LDO.其中的C可編程輸出電壓，工作模式和開關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)換速率，主要用在5-10W大功率單個(gè)鋰離子/聚合物電池，手提工業(yè)應(yīng)用，手提儀表和終端以及多輸出低壓電源。
