Fairchild公司的FNA41560 是運動智能的功率模塊，包括有600V-15A 3相IGBT逆變器橋，控制IC和保護電路，逆變器的每相電流可單獨監(jiān)視，內置的溫度調節(jié)器用來超溫監(jiān)視，絕緣指標2000Vrms/min，主要用在AC 100V ~ 253V三相逆變器驅動以及家用電器如空調和電冰箱。
