          Aaustriamicrosystems公司的AS3900是低功耗27MHz FSK收發(fā)器,適用于電池工作的短距離范圍設備(SRD)的應用.數(shù)據(jù)速率高達210kbps,器件可配置成收發(fā)器,發(fā)送器或接收器,工作頻段為27.12MHz的ISM.輸出功率可調(diào)整到0, +5, +10 dBm,并集成了基于OOK的叫醒系統(tǒng). AS3900的工作電壓2.2V-3.6V,接收功耗3.8mA,接收靈敏度-85dBm, 10dBm功率時的發(fā)送功耗為4.9mA,關斷電流最大為700nA,主要用在設備間短距離數(shù)據(jù)交換,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,家庭和工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡控制以及交互式遙控.

          AS3900Applications

          The AS3900 is ideal for reliable low-power short-range data exchange, data transfer among devices in close proximity of human body (Body Area Networks), simple control networks (home, industry), and interactive remote controls. A typical application can be designed in combination with a microcontroller, an antenna and a few additional passive components.
