5.結(jié) 語(yǔ)
與傳統(tǒng)的半橋電路不同,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)開關(guān)管的零電壓(ZVS)、零電流(ZCS)操作,同時(shí)降低電路導(dǎo)通的零損耗,本文中介紹了一種工作在非平衡狀態(tài)的半橋電路。通過(guò)電路內(nèi)部的諧振達(dá)到降低損耗、提高效率的目的。在設(shè)計(jì)中電路的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)選擇具有重要的意義,應(yīng)結(jié)合電路工作特點(diǎn),從成本、性能各方面綜合考慮,重點(diǎn)是對(duì)關(guān)鍵諧振環(huán)節(jié)與磁性元件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì);同時(shí),在設(shè)計(jì)控制回路時(shí),要考慮變換器電路的整體性能要求,盡量滿足各種輸入及負(fù)載波動(dòng)下電路的穩(wěn)定性。實(shí)際中可將電路建模(大信號(hào)模型或小信號(hào)模型)思想融入到設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,利用解析模型概念清晰、參數(shù)易調(diào)整的特點(diǎn)優(yōu)化控制電路的設(shè)計(jì)。
